Gourmet café is an all-day dining restaurant nestled in the heart of Petitinget, Bali. Known for its greedy recipes, Gourmet café wanted their new venue to bring some fresh vibes in the busy Seminyak and, propose to their customers a relaxing and cozy place to hang for a drink, a lunch, a dinner or an aperitif drink.

We have transformed the abandoned old Indonesian venue into a greenhouse. Gourmet café has been build from zero we created : the venues, the decor, menus engineering, hiring the team, uniform and trainings programs and much more!
